Your agreement with us
ReachDart is operated and owned by Avryxa Technologies Private Limited, CIN U62011DC2026PTC473164, at Plot 82, F/F, Flat No. 103, Sukhiram Park, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi 110059, India. “ReachDart”, “we” and “us” mean this company. These terms apply to your ReachDart account and use of the service.
You must be at least 18, able to enter into this agreement, and authorised to act for any organisation whose workspace you manage. The service is intended for professional and business use. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
Your account and workspace
Give accurate account details, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity that you authorise through your account and connected systems. Do not share access that another person is not permitted to have.
Your plan, permissions and the individual tools you enable determine available operations. Review destinations, records, permissions and execution conditions before approving actions. Connecting an account does not grant permission for every possible operation.
Your data and instructions
You retain your rights in the data you upload. You grant us only the permissions needed to store and process it to provide the services you request, secure the service, and meet legal duties.
You must have a valid basis and any necessary notices, permissions or consent to collect, upload, enrich, contact, share or otherwise use information about another person. Public availability, a work email address or a connection credential alone does not establish those rights. Do not upload children’s personal data, passwords, payment-card data or sensitive information that a tool does not require.
For workspace data you control, you determine the purposes of processing and instruct ReachDart through your settings and approved actions. Our own account, security and support processing is explained separately in the Privacy Policy.
Use the service responsibly
Use ReachDart lawfully and respect the people whose information you process.
- Do not send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communications, bypass suppression or opt-out controls, or evade provider rules.
- Do not infringe privacy, intellectual property or confidentiality rights.
- Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, scrape restricted systems, interfere with service security, or evade usage limits.
- Do not resell restricted data or use an integration beyond its licensed rights.
- Do not use outputs to make unlawful or prohibited decisions about people.
AI, research and automation
AI and third-party data can contain mistakes, omissions or outdated information. Check important results and source evidence. Outputs are not professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice. We do not guarantee accuracy, inbox delivery, revenue, meetings or business results.
You control which records and fields are approved for AI processing and which actions an agent may take. A reviewed draft does not by itself authorise publishing, sending, CRM updates or advertising uploads. Scheduled actions use the permissions and settings you approve; review them and pause or revoke them when they are no longer appropriate.
Connected services
Third-party providers have their own terms, limits, availability, data practices and charges. You are responsible for accounts and access rights you provide. We may stop an integration when access expires, permissions change, a provider requires it or continuing would be unsafe. Disconnecting an integration stops new authorised use but does not undo effects already accepted by that provider.
Plans, fees and payments
Before a purchase, the applicable order or checkout must state the price, currency, taxes, included usage, any recurring renewal, and the applicable cancellation and refund terms. Review those terms before authorising payment. We will not treat acceptance of these account terms as authorisation for an unspecified charge.
Action Credits and Data Credits represent the usage described in your applicable plan or order. The relevant action review and usage records explain deductions. Any expiry, renewal, rollover or top-up terms must be disclosed in that plan or order.
You can contact us about cancellation, a disputed charge or a refund request. Applicable purchase terms and mandatory law determine the outcome; nothing here removes rights that the law requires us to provide. Cancelling future renewal and reversing already completed usage are separate requests.
Ownership and service changes
Avryxa Technologies Private Limited owns ReachDart’s name, branding, software and original product materials, subject to third-party licences. These terms do not transfer ownership of your data to us. You may use the service for your authorised work, but may not copy or commercially redistribute the service itself without permission.
We may improve or change the service. We will communicate material changes affecting an active paid commitment as required by the applicable agreement and law. Do not rely on a capability or integration that has not been enabled for your account.
Suspension and ending use
You can stop using ReachDart and request account closure through the privacy contact below. We may restrict access to address abuse, security issues, legal obligations, non-payment or a material breach. Where reasonable and lawful, we will explain the restriction and how to resolve it.
Ending access does not automatically reverse previously authorised external actions or remove records that must be retained for legal, security, accounting or dispute purposes. Data handling and your rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and responsibility
We work to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation or the availability of third-party systems. To the extent permitted by law, the service and outputs are provided without implied warranties, and we do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Any additional service levels, remedies or liability limits must be stated in an applicable written agreement.
Governing law and changes to these terms
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory legal rights and the jurisdiction of competent statutory authorities, courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction. Please contact us first to seek a practical resolution; this does not prevent you exercising a statutory remedy.
We publish a version and effective date for these terms. When a new version requires acceptance, we ask you to review it explicitly; we do not rewrite your past acceptance records or infer acceptance from an old login.
